Our course is fully accredited by the Council for Tobacco Treatment Training Programs (CTTTP), meeting national core competency standards.

Program Overview:

Duration & Format: KU TTS is a 10-week asynchronous course requiring at least 1418 hours of online study.

o    Mandatory Virtual Orientation: February 9, 2026 (9:00 AM 10:00 AM CST).

o    Mandatory Virtual Skills Building Day: April 27, 2026 (8:30 AM 5:00 PM CST)

Registration & Requirements:

Application: You must apply and be accepted before enrolling in the course.

Course cost: The program fee is $1,000. Scholarships may be available for those serving clients in the state of Kansas.

Prerequisite: Applicants must self-report being tobacco-free for at least six months prior to the training.
