DESCRIPTION:Join meeting at: Please contact the provider for details.\n\nThis program provides education on evidence-based research on topics such as tobacco treatment medications, population-based issues and targeted tobacco treatment intervention skills.\n\nThe MaineHealth Center for Tobacco Independence Tobacco Treatment Specialist (TTS) Program offers evidence-based education available in the form of online courses, recordings as well as live virtual sessions via Zoom. Participants will receive pre-work prior to attending the live sessions. Participants will gain competence in treating patients with tobacco use disorder and learn how to address tobacco use within their organizations. Upon completion, participants will receive a training certificate, which is the initial step toward obtaining the Tobacco Treatment Specialist Certification.\n\nClick herefor additional information.
